 About Us

Chartered in 2019, the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) South Central PA Chapter was founded with a clear purpose – to create a space where women across all sectors of the construction industry can connect, learn, and lead.

Since our start, we’ve grown into a vibrant network of professionals representing every corner of the construction community- from the field to the boardroom, from design to development, and everything in between.

Our chapter is deeply rooted in community involvement and member engagement.  We take pride in showcasing the incredible work of our members and member companies- celebrating their projects, achievements, and contributions to our region’s growth.  Whether through job site tours, professional development programs, or volunteer initiatives, we actively highlight the strength and talent of women shaping South Central Pennsylvania’s built environment. 

As we continue to evolve, our commitment remains unwavering: to empower, educate, and elevate women in construction while fostering meaningful connections that build both careers and community.
